Job description
Business Engagement
- Drive Change Proposal Requests with functional areas
- Evaluate and prioritize PMO items against business strategic objectives
- Define business case requirements with stakeholders aligned to key business drivers
- Liaise with Operations Development resources to prioritize delivery items and ensure sprint planning alignment
Process Mapping and Implementation
- Map, publish, and maintain new and existing business procedures
- Establish and maintain a complete repository of procedures with version control
- Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the Operations Manual for channel partners
- Update training materials to reflect procedural changes
- Identify improvement areas and recommend outcomes for approval
- Act as liaison and key stakeholder in project delivery and testing phases
Management and Delivery of Outcomes
- Coordinate delivery of key projects including acceptance criteria, scope prioritization, and test criteria
- Validate and publish the Operations Manual and related artifacts
- Onboard new products and services, including supplier onboarding and system mapping
- Manage special key projects as assigned, applying project management skills
Other Assignments
- Perform any assignments as requested by the Business Analysis and PMO Manager or C-level Executives
Minimum requirements
Qualifications:
- Matric (Essential)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, and/or IT (Advantageous)
- Project Management qualification (Advantageous)
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business analysis, process mapping, or involvement in new system implementation
- Operational experience in mapping and improving business procedures
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse data using MS Excel or Power BI analytics
- Agile project management experience (Advantageous)
