Introduction
The Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring that products are effectively positioned, understood, and supported in the market. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution and delivery of integrated marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with practical marketing experience and is passionate about producing high-quality content across digital and print platforms. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain brand consistency, and work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing & Technical Sales Support:
•Assist with the development and execution of product marketing strategies aligned with objectives.
•Facilitate, design and coordinate customer signage and point-of-sale displays.
•Support new product launches, go-to-market planning and execution, including: packaging and instruction manuals, technical data, marketing collateral and communication, including product photography, editorials, and events.
•Develop sales tools such as brochures, presentations, data sheets, etc. as needed.
•Support the sales team with campaign material.
•Collaborate with technical, engineering, and product management teams.

•Assist in conceptualising, planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.
•Design and develop marketing collateral and content for print and digital platforms, such as brochures, catalogues, advertisements, social media, website and email graphics, presentations, training and exhibition material.
•Prepare artwork for print production and digital publishing.
•Assist with photography, image editing and basic video content where required.
•Assist with company PR and editorials.
•Develop, manage and execute direct email campaigns and mailshots.
•Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external events.
•Ensure brand consistency across all communications.

Marketing Administration and Campaign Execution:
•Monitor campaign performance and analytics as needed.
•Prepare campaign reports and recommend improvements as needed.
•Coordinate marketing projects and timelines.
•Manage relationships and liaise with external partners such as printers, agencies, photographers, other suppliers and customers.
•Coordinate internally with sales, HR, operations, and technical teams to ensure alignment
•Maintain the digital asset library.
•Supplier sourcing and negotiation as needed.
•Assisting with generation of purchase orders, invoice processing and tracking of payments.
•Support the Marketing Manager with day-to-day marketing activities.
Competencies:
•Graphic Design and Content Creation - applicant must have advanced graphic design skills and submit a professional portfolio showcasing previous work. Experience using the wider Adobe Creative Suite critical. Advanced proficiency in:
o Adobe Photoshop
o Adobe Illustrator
o Adobe InDesign
o Adobe Acrobat
o Adobe After Effects
•Marketing and digital skills.
•Print production knowledge.
•Project coordination and organisational skills with ability to prioritise multiple deadlines.
•Experience with the following platforms will be highly advantageous:

Minimum requirements
•Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Communications or a related field.
•Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a marketing/graphic design role with design responsibilities, preferably within a manufacturing or technical environment.
•Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
•Experience working with technical teams or engineering products is advantageous.
